M. Khawar is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountants. He has been working in the UAE since 2008 and has an immense experience in healthcare, construction and food/beverage industries in the UAE. He is having strong background across book keeping services, internal/external audit, financial feasibility studies, and financial management projects like preparing consolidated financial report, financial and management reporting, budgeting, and financial modeling.

He has accumulated experience of over 15 years in advising numerous clients on Book keeping services, external audit, and internal audit and feasibility studies. He is having strong understanding of the client's industry practices and regulations of the market served. He is also enjoying a good command on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards for professional practice of Internal Auditing, International Standards on Auditing (ISA).

In addition to the above, he has Hands on exposure in clients’ customized (bespoke) accounting, audit and off-the- shelf software namely Medware ERP system (Hospital), Realsoft (Construction), Quick books, Peachtree; and Tally etc.
